01Purpose
CALDERIS sells fashion accessories online: bags, small leather goods, belts, scarves, sunglasses and jewellery. The essential characteristics of each item are set out on its product page.
02Orders
The customer chooses their items, their colour and, where applicable, their size, adds them to the basket, enters their contact details and delivery address, accepts these terms and then pays for the order. The order becomes binding upon confirmation of payment.
CALDERIS reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage or a payment irregularity; the customer is then refunded in full.
03Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery and gift-wrapping charges, which are displayed before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
04Payment
Payment is made online, on a secure payment page, by bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details do not pass through the servers of CALDERIS. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the payment is accepted.
05Delivery
Orders are dispatched within one working day of payment confirmation, with tracking. Rates and delivery times: Italy: €6.90, free from €99, 2 to 4 working days ; France: €6.90, free from €99, 2 to 4 working days ; Europe: €12.90, free from €199, 3 to 6 working days.
The customer checks the condition of the parcel on receipt and reports any damage by email within forty-eight hours, with supporting photographs. In the event of loss or damage attributable to carriage, CALDERIS will resend the item or issue a refund.
06Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. CALDERIS extends this period to 30 days.
The customer notifies their decision by email to contact@calderis-store.com, then returns the item unworn, in its original packaging and with its tags, within fourteen days. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or CALDERIS has made an error. The refund, including the original delivery charges (based on the standard rate), is made within fourteen days of receipt of the return, using the payment method originally used.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned in their original sealed packaging.
07Warranties
Items are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and by the warranty against latent defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The customer reports any defect to contact@calderis-store.com.
08Liability
Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour due to the screen or to the nature of the materials (leather, pearl, raffia) do not constitute a defect.
09Disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer resident in another Member State of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of their country's law. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact CALDERIS; failing an agreement, they may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: details being designated, available on request.
