Your contact details (name, email, phone number, address) are used to process your order, deliver it and keep you informed about it. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Payment data is processed by the payment service provider on its secure page; we have no access to it.
03Retention periods
Orders and invoices: ten years, in accordance with accounting obligations. Correspondence with customer service: three years. Basket: stored in your browser only.
04Audience measurement and advertising
The website may use audience measurement and advertising campaign tracking tools (social media pixels). They are used to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and to improve the website.
05Recipients
Your data is shared only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order: hosting provider, payment service provider and carrier. It is never sold.
