Delivery and returns
We dispatch within one working day, from France, to Italy, France and eight other European countries. And you have thirty days to change your mind.

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day leave the same day; all others leave the next working day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns within 30 days
The law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from your purchase; we give you thirty, from the date of receipt.

Write to us at contact@calderis-store.com with your order reference and the piece you wish to return.

Send the piece back unworn, in its original packaging, with its tags.

Once it has been received and inspected, we will refund you to your original payment method within fourteen days at most.
Return costs are your responsibility, unless the piece is faulty or we made an error. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned in their sealed packaging.
Gift wrapping
An ivory rigid box, tissue paper, a terracotta ribbon and a handwritten card with your message, for €5 per order. The price is not shown in the parcel.
Payment
Secure payment by bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The amount is charged when you order; your card details never pass through our servers.
